Do I need to change how I book training with C&C?
No. You continue to book training exactly as you do now. The API works in the background, so your existing process stays the same.

Which courses are included in the API integration?
Any qualifying C&C Training course that issues results or certification can be sent through the API. If you are unsure whether a course is included, the team can confirm before booking.

Will the data update instantly in VISION?
Yes. Once C&C finalises a delegate’s results, the verified outcome is sent to VISION automatically, ensuring your training matrix is kept up to date without manual input.

Do I have to be a client of both VISION and C&C to use the integration?
Short answer: Yes. You do need to be a client of both VISION and C&C for the integration to work. But you don’t need to already be working with both. You can start with one and add the other at any time.
